A Public Cheer for St Patrick

A Public Cheer for St Patrick

Consider ‘going green’ this Sunday at Public Kitchen & Bar, located at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

They crafted The Irish Buck that’s a festive concoction of arugula, lemon juice, agave, Jameson, ginger beer, and green chartreuse shaken, strained, and served in a highball glass.

Another incentive to stop by this Sunday is to try Public’s recently launched market-driven Sunday brunch, which includes signature (accented green) dishes like the Kale salad (currants, pine nuts, pancetta breadcrumbs, and garlic dressing;) Smoked Salmon Blinis with dill and yoghurt; and Chorizo Benedict with sope, salsa verde, and poached eggs!

Just in case anyone still needs a post-“Irish fix” after Saint Patrick’s Day, 25 Degrees, also located at the Roosevelt Hotel, serves their spiked adult Guinness Milkshake blended with house-made chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
