Most of us, in fact or pretty much all women I know, we are conscious or self-conscious, some of us, about our bodies and but we still want to eat good food. We still want to eat our favorite foods, but why fight with that?Why take on the guilt that comes with eating fattening foods and why feel encumbered by not being able to enjoy those foods that you love? So by substituting healthier ingredients and infusing healthier nutrients into them like citrus and fresh herbs, you can enjoy all those fattening foods but guilt-free and you’ll look great and feel great.
