Cooking Class  Simple Roasted Chicken plus!

One common perception is that to cook like a Bikini Chef® requires utilizing ingredients that are not family friendly.

Key favorite ingredients in a Bikini Lifestyle®:

  • Lemon!
  • Herbs such as cilantro, parsley, thyme, rosemary, Italian herb seasoning!
  • Spices like paprika, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper!
  • Goat cheese!

Another misconception is that living a healthy Bikini Lifestyle® means “killing yourself at the gym”. Most certainly eating lean proteins, high fiber foods, and healthy fats is key to having more energy and feeling good, in general. And, incorporating consistent activity into daily routines is equally important.

Susan’s Favorite Exercises:

  • Swimming!
  • Walking!
  • Running!
  • Ab workouts!

Strive to enjoy about 30 minutes of focused physical activity daily. Set a clock to remind you to take a break from work, at home or at the office. Schedule a walk, run, cycling time with a friend, neighbor, or co-worker. You don’t have to “kill yourself at the gym” to be physically active and “bikini fit”.
