After an initial consultation, clients complete a comprehensive health profile. Then, a followup consultation is held outlining the 6-week program complete with recipes and shopping list. The 6-week program is supervised by Dr. Ward Bond and includes weekly followup and an program evaluation. After the 6-weeks, a continuation program can be implemented. The good ole saying of “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” holds a lot of truth. I feel much better physically and mentally. I have more energy. I have less bloating, feel more centered and less stressed. I seem to have more patience. I am more aware of what and how I eat and have changed my mind-set. I have enjoyed a variety of foods, feel more satisfied, and I don’t seem to have the sugar cravings I used to.
