The Bikini Chef® meals focus on your PFFs… Lean Proteins, High Fiber Foods, and Healthy Fats! Sirloin provides the protein you need and lean, healthy fats. Vegetables such as zucchini, red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and onion provide fiber, texture, and flavor.

Spicy Chile Pepper Beef Kabobs combine specific spices to offer a Latin American twist, marinate overnight, and place on the grill. Easy and fun for summer or anytime. Recipe tips: try to slice the vegetables in approximately the same size. This will help when cooking to allow for more even cooking results. Slice the vegetables to a thickness that is easy to skewer and will be more secure during the cooking process. About 1/2-inch thickness.

Steak Kebab Ingredient Suggestions:

  • Mushrooms – most people have a love or not-so-love relationship with mushrooms. If you are in the “I love mushrooms” family, add a few cremini mushrooms to the skewer
  • Use red onion in place of yellow
  • Use filet mignon instead of sirloin
  • Use lamb in place of steak
