Winner of Food Networks Cupcake Wars, Bake You Happy in Santa Clarita Valley, all started when two Kim’s, Kim Thurman and Kim Aeck, came together at a so bikini 5:00am Kickboxing class. Before they started kicking and throwing punches, the Kim’s shared photos of their latest creations and traded their favorite recipes. Before they knew it, they were talking about opening up their own business and doing the thing that they both have the passion for. In addition to growing up baking with their moms’ and grandmas’, they both have been baking for years for their own families and friends. Kim and Kim love the smells and the tastes that remind you of home, and how baking and eating a simply delicious cupcake or cake can take you back to those memorable times and occasions spent with your loved ones. Friends and family are very important to them. We love making people happy and that is what has drawn them to this business.
