Each season has its specific flavors. The flavors of Fall help transition from the warm days of Summer to the colder temps of Winter.

*Spaghetti Squash – use a fork to scrape out and enjoy with marinara like spaghetti noodles

*Hearty, easier to prepare than one thinks!
