A meditation therapist originally from Indiana, Ashley resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. To stay active, she enjoys preforming aerial arts in her silk.
Says Ashley, I love the art of dance preforming hip hop, jazz, shuffling, modern and contemporary. I enjoy walking the beach daily for sunrise sunset and practice yoga on the beach during those times. Another favorite is swimming to my local reef and playing mermaid all day.”

When asked about being a part of the ANBC competition, Ashley shared that she grew up helping her grandma in the kitchen. “My favorite dish to make is an authentic Italian recipe that takes over 5 hours to make and is served over stuffed shells.” She has never participated in a cooking competition but feels she has as Ashley has attended nearly every food and wine festival in South Florida since 2018.
“For me being the Bikini Chef is joining a community of ladies and gents who are all doing amazing things and rooting for one another as go getters. It means becoming an inspiration toward a healthy relationship with food and leading a balanced lifestyle.
