Meet Erin Woodbury
Erin Woodbury is a mom of three, a Functional Genomics & Nutrition Certified coach, and a 20-year fitness instructor competing on America’s Next Bikini Chef.
Diagnosed with PCOS at 18, Erin refused to accept the painful symptoms that came with it and became her own health detective, using diet and exercise to heal her body, a journey she credits for the miracle of having her three children.
She’s since worked as a Media Chef for Quest Nutrition and other wellness brands, ghostwritten several cookbooks, and now serves as Program Director for a 6,000-member women’s wellness community.
