Meet the ANBC Judges
Welcome to the America’s Next Bikini Chef online competition. With some in-person events happening around the country, this exciting competition is the first-ever figure flattering chef and fitness competition.
Created by internationally recognized healthy cooking expert Susan Irby, known worldwide as The Bikini Chef®, America’s Next Bikini Chef® is a national competition designed to inspire healthier lifestyles through nutritious cooking, fitness, confidence, personality, culture and cuisine.
Contestants from across the United States will compete in three online rounds, with finalists advancing to the fourth and final round, a live championship finale to be filmed before an audience in April 2027.

Round One Applications Are Open Now Through September 30, 2026
Applicants begin by completing the official online application and submitting:

Original PFF (Protein, Fiber & Healthy Fat) compliant recipes featuring lean proteins, high-fiber ingredients and healthy fats.

Their favorite fitness or active lifestyle activity.

A personal response to the question: “What does The Bikini Chef® mean to you?”
Whether you’re a passionate home cook, culinary professional, fitness enthusiast or someone with an inspiring story of healthy living, America’s Next Bikini Chef® wants to meet you.
