Meet Aubrey Fry

Standing tall at 6’2″, Aubrey is the shortest of four siblings. A Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Chronic Pain “cutie”, her life philosophy is rooted in care, simplicity, and health. For Aubrey, cooking is a form of love. Whether you are cooking for yourself or others, it is important to use what you have and try not to be wasteful.
In the kitchen, Aubrey encourages others to use fresh or homegrown ingredients, in-season fruits, vegetables, and herbs.
She proudly states her signature dish is Zuppa Toscana, or sausage kale and potato soup. Shares, Aubrey, “It reflects my values. It is healthy, simple, made with ingredients that can be easily grown or kept on hand and aren’t overly expensive.” Aubrey adds, “This recipe is adaptable with the seasonal gold potatoes or russet potatoes can be swapped out for sweet potato; rosemary can be swapped out for oregano.”

A Few Powerful Thoughts From Aubrey:
-
Becoming America’s Next Bikini Chef would be proving to myself that all of those doctors who said that I wouldn’t walk again were wrong. Not only am I walking, I’m strutting and I’m striving to be the best version of myself every single day.
-
I would love to represent all of the disabled women and people living in Chronic Pain. It may be hard to get active everyday, but doing so is so vital to living a good, long, and healthy life.
