Meet Tsunami Glover
A mom, fitness instructor, meal-prep owner, and nursing student from Inglewood, California, Tsunami says she turns everything into a song.
Tsunami attended Fit Expo Los Angeles and stopped by our booth. Her electrifying energy lit up the room and when she entered our giveaway, she won the Couture Apron Barbie apron, a cookbook and a Spifter.
When asked about her meal prep business, Tsunami shares her favorite recipe to make is Lemon Butter Garlic Salmon over Steamed Rice with Broccoli. “I love it so much; I’ve mastered it,” she says.
Her cooking philosophy is pretty straightforward. “Healthy foods should be flavorful, balanced, and practical,” said Tsunami, adding that each of her nutritious meal prep dishes are packed with flavor.”
Outside of the kitchen, Tsunami enjoys group fitness, Zumba, strength training, and skating.
