Dijon Glaze with Honey

Dijon mustard is a popular ingredient for all kinds of recipes. Some of the most common are salad dressings, as a spread, of course, on sandwiches, and as a dip. Other popular uses are as a wet marinade on chicken, pork, and fish. Use this Dijon Glaze as a basting sauce for turkey, as well.

Dijon mustard is a key ingredient in the Classic Caesar Salad dressing. Not a paid promotion, my favorite Dijon mustard for my traditional Caesar Salad dressing is Grey Poupon. The key to my traditional Caesar Salad dressing is layering the ingredients. Minced garlic mashed with the Grey Poupon, a raw egg, lemon juice and continuing to layer the flavors with the additional ingredients.
