Egg in a Pot

Egg Cooker

Egg in a Pot can be made by baking or microwaving eggs in an official Ceramic Egg Cooker or in a ramekin (see pictures).

Ceramic Egg Cookers use the simple microwave cooking option. Whereas, ramekin egg dishes are more commonly baked. This recipe teaches how to use the Ceramic Egg Cooker to steam, poach, and fully cook eggs while adding flavor by including your favorite, preferred ingredients. The Egg Cooker may also be used for Onions, Apples, Oatmeal, and more. See suggestions below!
