Mango Mojito
There’s a new M&M in town and it’s called the Mango Mojito. Summer is still here and the heat needs some cooling off. This refreshing cocktail can be enjoyed with or without alcohol. Either way, wow, one of the crowd faves!

RECIPE TIPS:
-
Muddling the mint, citrus, and soda water together brings out the natural oils of the mint leaves. Muddle them – meaning turn as you press versus trying to crush the leaves. Crushing bruises the leaves and results in lack of flavor.
-
This recipe is delicious as a cocktail or mocktail. Not feeling like alcohol today (or any day), no worries! Enjoy this refreshing beverage on a hot day or any day.
-
Mango puree. Mango is one of the smoothest fruits. No seeds within the flesh of the fruit to worry about getting in your teeth or interfering with digestion. Simply slice the fruit and blend it. It’s that simple.
-
Mango puree is available to buy at some grocery stores. Ask your store personnel if they have it or if they can order it for you.
-
Fresh mint leaves are essential for this recipe. Please do not attempt to substitute dried mint leaves for fresh. It is simply not the same. We want you to be happy. Fresh is best.
-
If rum is not your thing, substitute your favorite libation.
-
PS: for the 21+ youngsters, a libation commonly refers to alcoholic drinks, in general. Although the term has many associations, I refer to it as your alcohol of choice. Rum, vodka, gin, etc.
