Summer Bikini Cocktails™ This simple, classic summer cocktail is made with raw honey, fresh lemon juice and pure cranberry juice for that pink hue.

Super easy to make as a delicious MOCKTAIL, too! Simply mix with your preferred libation… vodka, gin, tequila, rum or even a delightful SPARKLING WATER! All will deliver a crisp, tart, guilt-free summer sip.

SERVING OPTIONS:

  • Make an individual serving OR Pitcher style: Multiply the ingredients by 4 to 6 and stir together in a large serving pitcher for a crowd

  • Fruity twist: Muddle a couple of fresh strawberries in the shaker for a bright strawberry-lemon flavor

  • Fresh mint leaves are ALWAYS a great idea!

Pink Lemonade Cocktail

Pink Lemonade This simple, classic summer Bikini Cocktails cocktail is made with raw honey, fresh lemon juice and pure cranberry juice

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces vodka, gin, champagne or 3 ounces sparkling water
Juice of one whole fresh lemon
1 ounce pure 100% cranberry juice with no added sugar
1 tablespoon raw honey
Splash of club soda
Fresh mint leaves
Slice of lemon or lime

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, gin, champagne, your preferred libation, or sparkling water, fresh lemon juice, cranberry juice, and raw honey.
Shake vigorously about 20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a floater of a splash of club soda and finish with a mint sprig and lemon wheel
