Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Salad
Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Salad is a delicious layer of lean chicken protein, fresh herbs, tomatoes, black beans, and avocado served on a lettuce leaf cup. 
Recipe Tips:
- If you don’t have a Slow Cooker aka Crock Pot, don’t be discouraged. Place chicken breasts in a roasting pan covering the chicken with water or chicken stock. Heat over medium low heat, cover, reduce heat to simmer for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
