A self-taught chef with a Brazilian heritage, Simoni has been cooking since she was a child. Simoni feels that cooking is a profession that is geared towards a friendly, peaceful environment that brings people together. A sort of heavenly action.
When asked about her signature dish, Simoni shares, “I consider it what I call “Sexy Beans” feijoda in Brazilian cuisine. I created this term for my version of this dish,” adds Simoni.
“Simply the best, most delicious and undeniably sexy beans you have ever had. Just like Brazilians!”
Simoni’s active lifestyle involves just that… always doing something. “I don’t practice formal exercise yet, I’m always doing something. I enjoy riding motorcycles, learning new languages [I like people very much so I want to learn their languages] so I can talk to people and get to know them,” says Simoni.
“Next I want to get a pilot license and [God knows why] learn how to maneuver a submarine.
